Hakata-ori folding fan with a kenjo pattern (large pattern, dark blue)

This is a Hakata-ori fan with a large, formal pattern on one side.

The Kenjo pattern is a representative pattern of Hakata-ori, and is a pattern that combines the Buddhist altar accessories "Dokko" (single-pronged protruding vest) and "Hanazara" (flower plate) with stripes in between.

The patterns are filled with prayers for protection from evil, safety of the family, good health, and prosperity of descendants.

A fan holder is included in the set.
